By entering your artwork for consideration to the Glass Gathering Art Show 2019 you are certifying that it is original artwork designed and fabricated by you in its entirety. Stands, mounts and presentation hardware may be by others. The following requirements and restrictions apply to all submissions:
1. Artworks that have won an award in previous Glass Gathering Art Shows may not be re-entered.
2. In cases in which artworks employ multiple fabrication techniques, entries should be submitted in the category that represents the most substantial part of the work.
3. Mixed Media artworks must feature the glass element.
4. Glass Gathering reserves the right to exclude artworks containing lewd, sexual, violent or political content at its discretion.
5. Works that are substantially misrepresented by the digital application image will be rejected from the exhibition.
Artists agree that images of submissions may be used by Glass Gathering for promotional purposes without financial renumeration at any time in the future.
Every attempt will be made to ensure the proper handling and treatment of artwork accepted to the Glass Gathering Art Show 2019. By submitting artwork for consideration, you release all members of Glass Gathering, Glass Gathering Art Show representatives, and representatives and employees of Harmony Stained Glass from any and all liability for damage, loss or theft of your artwork.
